Steven was excellent! He arrived in a timely manner, and even called us personally a few minutes before arriving to make sure where we were exactly located. Upon arrival, Steven explained in detail how he was going to carefully hook our truck. And, within less than five minutes, Steven had us hooked up, took our keys, and departed straight to the garage of our choosing. Steven was professional, friendly, and took a genuine concern for our situation. Although our insurance company chose this company for us, we're certainly glad they did and that Steven was our driver.
